Seared Salmon with Lemon and Capers and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.


Heating Instructions: 
1. Loosen the lid of the container. 2. Place in microwave and heat for 2 minutes. Stir and add another minute and a half 3. Check meal to determine if more time is needed to heat. 4. If needed, heat on 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.

Asparagus, Lemon, Tapioca Flour, Capers, Ghee, Garlic (Chopped), Kosher Salt, salmon, Olive Oil, Potato
