Monday–Roasted Broccoli-Roasted broccoli on romaine topped with seared salmon, crispy bacon, red onion, dried cranberries, chopped pecans served with oil and vinegar

TuesdayBuffalo Cobb-Grilled chicken breast tossed in buffalo sauce on romaine topped with grape tomatoes, and cucumbers served with oil and vinegar

Wednesday-Green Bean Salad– Roasted garlic green beans topped with grape tomatoes, pecans, spicy grilled zucchini topped with sautéed shrimp served with oil and vinegar

Thursday–Chef Salad-Sliced deli turkey on romaine topped with hard boiled egg, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, crispy bacon served with oil and vinegar

Friday–Antipasto Salad-Sliced prosciutto, olives, pepperoncnini peppers, cucumbers, grape tomatoes on romaine served with oil and vinegar

Dinner Menu

Monday–Spring Vegetable Shrimp on zucchini noodles with “Alfredo”

Wednesday–Roasted salmon topped with grapefruit and shallot sauce served with riced broccoli tossed with zucchini, and bell peppers

Thursday–Stuffed portabella mushrooms served with sauteed kale and roasted eggplant
