Tuesday-Deconstructed Egg-roll-Ground marinated chicken breast in napa cabbage topped with carrots, cucumber, peanuts, scallions served with lime dressing

Wednesday-Quinoa Salad-Salmon on kale and romaine mix topped with roasted broccoli, cranberries, feta cheese, quinoa, pecans served with raspberry dressing
