Lunch Menu

Monday-Sweet potato salad-Roasted sweet potatoes on greens topped with dried cranberries, hard boiled egg, bacon and sautéed shrimp served with balsamic dressing

Tuesday-Cajun grilled chicken breast on romaine topped with corn, black beans, grape tomatoes, and cheddar cheese served with ranch

Wednesday-Cucumber salad-fresh sliced cucumbers, buffalo mozzarella, grape tomatoes, green beans, red onion tossed in basil pesto topped with salmon served with balsamic dressing

Thursday-Orzo Salad-Fresh orzo pasta tossed with fresh herbs, feta cheese, sautéed zucchini, grape tomatoes and grilled chicken breast served with balsamic dressing

Friday-Roasted Vegetable Salad-Roasted carrots, beets, parsnips, sweet potato on fresh crisp greens topped with pecans, cranberries and grilled flank served with raspberry vinaigrette

Dinner Menu

Monday-Bufflo sautéed shrimp served with sweet mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts
