My favorite part about running NALA’s Kitchen are the “challenges” I put upon myself. I like to make classic comfort foods and turn them into Whole 30 and overall healthy cooking methods. Just recently I made a Whole 30 approved Lobster Bisque that kind of had me staring at ingredients until it the magic dawned on me and I was in the zone.
Another classic that is always high in calories but we all love is beef stroganoff. I was able to make the dish in under 400 calories. How did I do it? By using zucchini noodles, coconut milk, tapioca flour, and beef stock.
Cooking healthy is about using your imagination to recreate the same flavor but with no guilt.
