My last couple blogs I have written, have been about eating healthy. I hope I have not given you the impression that I am a skinny girl that weighs herself everyday. I’m not I don’t even own a scale to weigh people, I have one to weigh ingredients. I am a chef first and will always appreciate good food. If its steak with a foie gras compound truffle butter,”zoodles” with turkey meatballs, or a deep fried snicker. I will never judge, well maybe for a second.

One of the characteristics that I love about everyone I surround myself with is the fact that they enjoy food. I hate being around people that say “oh I’m watching my figure so I’ll just have a taste”. My reaction is always me rolling my eyes and in my head say “well more for me LOSER!”. jk all good, but it is really more food for me!

Moral of my rant is to be proud of who you are and how you eat. Respect your body because it is your temple. Remember that saying of “treat others how you would like to be treated” use that for yourself and enjoy life and enjoy the riches we have around us.

Eat up and be PROUD!
